Booking your holiday is possible with LARUS CLIENT SERVICE what is available to help you with booking on the telephone, fax or e-mail. The booking confirmation must be accompanied by an immediate payment of 30% of the total cost by way of bank transfer, postal order or by credit card. This depends on the method of payment. ONLINE ORDERS with credit card are confirmed immediately by e-mail. OFFLINE ORDERS with bank transfer are confirmed when the LARUS VIAGGI CLIENT SERVICES receives notification of the payment by fax (to be sent within 96 hours of the booking).
How will I receive the tickets?
It is very simple. After having chosen one of our holiday proposals you may choose to receive our exchange voucher via fax or e-mail. You will then have to exchange this voucher, showing the time and meeting place in the airport for the tickets. In the case of holidays without travel transfer you will just have to present the voucher directly to the place that has been booked.
Is possible to alter or cancel a booking after payment and /or change the name of a booking?

What is meant by half board, full board and all inclusive?
Half board includes breakfast and supper. Full board includes breakfast, lunch and supper. All inclusive includes all drinks and a series of added services that are not included in the full board optional.
